They laughed. They danced. They kissed. Luke and Ashley are one of the best kinds of couples you want as a photographer. They had no problem getting close and cuddly in front of the camera, which made my job a breeze! I can't wait for their wedding in June 2021!

I photographed this dreamy October engagement session at Matilda's Event Barn in Troy, IN. This wedding venue in southern Indiana is an event barn with tall ceilings, a bar, and a wall of glass garage doors for an indoor-outdoor feel.

The property is complete with an adorable farmhouse, a cute little "shack" with a minibar, and rolling country hills... and we won't forget about the library with floor-to-ceiling bookshelves, antiques, and cozy furniture! The owners of Matilda's Event Barn also have plans to continue adding to their property, so definitely keep your eyes open!
